Mario Causevic
Director
Mario has 18 years of experience working in the health & wellness industry specifically focusing on worker rehabilitation and injury prevention. Mario aims to innovate and advance traditional approaches of employee wellness programs at mine sites. At Mynwell, he serves as a Director, specializing in implementing on-site physical and mental health services tailored to each mine sites needs. Using his vast background in physical therapy and strength & conditioning, Mario pushes to transform and optimize the industrial athlete towards better work readiness, overall health and longevity.

Priya Maloni
Director
Priya has been working in health & wellness for over 15 years specifically in designing and implementing programs at remote sites. Priya has a strong business and health background with an MBA, Masters of Physiotherapy and specialization in Clinical Exercise Physiology. In a corporate / industrial context, Priya brings a blend of clinical credibility, wellness program strategy and operational insight, useful for organizations seeking to reduce injury risk, improve mental health conditions, and embed health culture across remote and strenuous work settings.

Kendra Sheppard
Business Operations Manager, Certified Athletic Therapist
Kendra oversees the operational systems that support Mynwell’s on-site health and wellness programs across industrial and remote work environments. With a strong foundation in clinical practice as a Certified Athletic Therapist, she brings practical insight into how frontline services function and translates that into efficient, scalable operational processes. Kendra plays a central role in optimizing workflows and maintaining the operational excellence required to support large workforces and complex industrial settings.

Certified Athletic Therapist
Britney is a Certified Athletic Therapist who earned her Bachelors of Athletic Therapy degree from Sheridan College. With a deep passion for helping individuals return to their daily activities, Britney combines her expertise in injury assessment, rehabilitation, and prevention to support clients on their journey to recovery.

Simon Chow
Certified Athletic Therapist, Registered Massage Therapist
Simon is both a Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist. In 2012 he received his degree from University of Manitoba and has worked in various setting providing exceptional clinical care and with a strong biomechanical and ergonomic foundation in assisting workers back to their personal and professional roles.

Mike Bois
Certified Athletic Therapist
Mike is part of our remote onsite team delivering high level therapies to our clients. His expertise is in analyzing movement through workplace physical demands and identifying key areas of improvement through modifications and recommendations.

Bree Doucette
Certified Athletic Therapist
Bree is a key member of the Mynwell team located in the Kirkland Lake region and servicing sites in the region. Her background as an Athletic Therapy candidate gives her a strong expertise in identifying potential for injury and ergonomic needs at sites.

Taryn Gailitis
Taryn is an Athletic Therapy graduate with a Bachelor’s degree from Sheridan College. She takes a thoughtful, client-focused approach to care, working with individuals to assess movement, address pain, and support recovery through practical and evidence-informed treatment. Taryn is committed to helping clients return to their day-to-day activities both safely and confidently.

Sara Tam
Nutrition, Mental Health & Health
Promotion Consultant
Sara is a certified Holistic Nutritionist, Health Coach and a Corporate Wellness Specialist. She completed her Bachelor’s in Nutrition from Ryerson University, Post Graduate Diploma in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion and is a certified Holistic Nutritionist.

Svetlana Mrzic
Registered Psychotherapist
Svetlana is a Registered Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in mental health. Svetlana has worked in several clinical settings including hospitals, universities, remote communities and non profit organizations. With a passion for supporting individuals who are experiencing a variety of life challenges, Svetlana aims to stay current with clinical training, research developments, and case consultation to ensure that each person is receiving the best care possible. Svetlana also has her Psychological Health and Safety Professional Certificate from the CMHA.

Luke Doherty
Certified Athletic Therapist
Luke is a Certified Athletic Therapist and completed his degree from The University of Winnipeg in 2021. He previously completed a Kinesiology degree from Brock University. Luke has developed strong hands on skills with using Soft Tissue Release in his treatments alongside a strong background in injury prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation. He has worked with varying populations from private school students, university athletes, national level athletes, and professional sport teams.

Susan Cameron
Certified Athletic Therapist
Susan Cameron is a Certified Athletic Therapist with over 20 years of experience in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and physical reconditioning. Known for her personalized, client-centered approach, Susan is passionate about helping individuals of all ages and abilities recover from injury, enhance performance, and achieve long-term physical wellness.

Maysen Krasevac
Certified Athletic Therapist
Maysen is a skilled Athletic Therapist with a deep understanding of human movement and injury prevention. He holds a degree in Kinesiology from York University and combines his academic knowledge with practical experience. With a background as a competitive gymnastics coach, Maysen is dedicated to optimizing performance and aiding in recovery.

Rodney Bogart
Certified Athletic Therapist
Rodney has been a Certified Athletic Therapist, CAT(C), with the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association for the past 25 years, in addition to being a Registered Kinesiologist. Throughout his career, Rodney has worked in professional hockey, including holding a contract with the Tampa Bay Lightning. He has also gained experience working within the Canadian Football League and the National Basketball Association. As a manual therapist, he has completed advanced training in soft tissue release techniques and previously owned and operated a sports injury clinic for 12 years, further strengthening his expertise in injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation. He is equally passionate about working with the industrial athlete, recognizing that physically demanding occupations require the same level of preventative care, performance optimization, and injury management as professional sport. Originally from Cobourg, Rodney takes pride in staying connected to his roots and contributing to his local community. Outside of his professional work, he values spending quality time with family and friends, maintaining a strong balance between career and personal life

Ryan Obeyesekere
Certified Athletic Therapist
Ryan is a Certified Athletic Therapist with a strong background in human performance and rehabilitation. He earned his BSc. in Kinesiology from York University and completed his Athletic Therapy education at Sheridan College. Ryan specializes in injury assessment, soft tissue techniques, and functional rehabilitation, with expertise in injury prevention and return-to-play/return-to-work strategies. He has worked with high-level athletes, including professional soccer players during his time with Forge FC of the Canadian Premier League, and is passionate about helping individuals return to optimal health and peak performance.

Taylor Paladino
Registered Nurse
Taylor is a registered nurse with 6 years of critical care experience and 2 years of international flight nursing experience. Throughout her career she has been driven by a passion to provide exceptional care, learn new skills and adapt to high pressure environments. Taylor is dedicated to providing compassionate care and support, while working alongside the team with an emphasis on health promotion and risk reduction.
